There are not many things worse than arriving home to find that you have no hot water or heating. Before panicking, check whether your home cover includes your boiler and whether your boiler is still covered under its warranty. If so, get in touch with your insurers or the manufacturer. If you're kicking yourself because neither have been arranged, don't worry. We will come and ensure your boiler is fixed

We don't just turn up, top up the pressure on your boiler and present you with the bill. We understand that there is a reason that your boiler is failing. We make it our mission to identify the root of the problem and to solve it. Permanently

We don't act like we're doing you a favour. We arrive 60 to 90 minutes after you have informed us that there is a problem with your boiler. We try our best to temporarily reinstate the hot water and heating within the first visit. If not, our Engineers can provide you with a portable heater. We then take the time to talk you through the issue(s) and provide you with a Quote for resolving them

The Law

A yearly Gas Safety Check must be carried out on every gas appliance/flue in a rental property to ensure that gas fittings and appliances are safe to use

Reach out to us by phone or email and we will get a Gas Safety Check scheduled in for you with one of our Engineers

Visit

Our Engineer will arrive and carry out a Gas Safety Check on all the gas appliances and installations in the property

Report

If it is found that your appliances do not pass the Gas Safety Check, we will produce a report for you that will include: which tests were carried out, pictures, any problems identified alongside a Quote for further work

Further work

If any safety issues are identified during the checks and we have provided you with a Quote for further works you can instruct us to carry out these works

Further work agreed

Once you have given us the green light we will agree a time and day to visit in order to permanently resolve the issues that were identified during the checks

Last bits

If all is ok after our initial Gas Safety Check or once the further recommended work has been completed we will send the 'passed' Gas Safety Certificate over to you through email and via the post

Highly recommended

We strongly recommended that a yearly Service should be carried out on all Gas appliances within a property in order to ensure that they are in a safe condition

Once you have given us the green light we will agree a time and day to visit in order to permanently resolve the Gas appliance issues identified from the Service

Our Engineers try their best to reinstate the hot water and heating. If this isn't possible then we can arrange for a portable heater to be left at the property

Once you have given us the green light we will agree a time and day to visit and permanently resolve the boiler issues once and for all

When

Boilers should last up to 15 years. If yours is approaching that age then it would be a good idea to look into getting a new one. Multiple boiler callouts can prove costly
